Why should I create a profile on The Vegan Warehouse?
Before placing an order, you can choose to create a user profile, or check out as a guest. The benefit of creating a profile is that your personal details are already stored so that you don't have to enter them again when placing a new order. On your profile, you can get a full overview of your pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.
What payment methods to you offer?
We currently accept credit cards, PayPal, and AmazonPay.
Which credit cards are accepted?
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also chose to pay with Paypal or Amazon Pay.
How do I return a product?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the unopened item within 30 days of placing your order. Simply ship it back to us and we will process your refund. To read more about the return process, please visit our Returns page.
What if I already opened my product?
We understand that beauty products can be a very personal purchase and sometimes do not work the way you expected. If you are experiencing issues with an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to find a solution!
What if I received the wrong product?
If you did not receive what you ordered, please email us at email@example.com so that we can send you the correct item as soon as possible!
I provided a wrong address, how do I change it?
If you would like to have your package shipped to an address different than indicated, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us. If the package has not been shipped yet, we will re-route it to the new address.
