Absolutely love it + amazing costumer service

Beautifully made, sturdy (I schlep a LOT in my crossbody), and so unique. The first strap had a small damage, and the process of contacting customer service was a pleasure - prompt, knowledgeable, and very generous. I received a replacement strap within days. Highly recommended!!
